[WT-support] Win-Test problems caused by "Avast"

Hi Laurent,
Merci, bonne idée  !

I finally figured out how to use the exclusions in Avast, and I am happy to
report that all now works as it should when I run W-T.
Just have to hope that propagation improves for Iota Contest next weekend.
