[WT-support] Windows 7 and serial to USB adapter solution to problems

Many people have reported problems with COM to USB adpters under Windows 7.
I have been told that I should use USB to serial adapters based on the FTDI
chip set instead of Prolific chip set.

With this driver, all my problems went away, no matter what USB to serial
adapters I use
