Try downloading and installing the latest Windows Vista Realtek sound card
drivers from:

http://www.realtek-driver.com/index.php

Then restart Windows and re-install Win-Test.  If that doesn't fix it, there
may not be much that you can do.  Windows 7 32-bit may be a better choice.
