[WT-support] Sending 5NN? instead of 599#

I decided to try one more contest to see if the problem persists. This
weekend I ran IARU 20 CW as LN2HQ and it never happened during those 24
hours.
Three things different from last time. Other contest, new Win-Test version
4.8.0, not SO2R.
