[WT-support] IARU society abbreviations

Many thanks for that Jay. However, I find that if I save this file as
iaru_hf.dtb it is indeed loaded as the dtb for the IARU contest, but then I
don't get any other check partial functionality. So, the documentation says
that one should rename master.scp to default.scp to override this. This does
not work for me. Anyone any ideas?

that includes some cleanings and following updates;
LR5F, LR6F, LR7F, LR5H, LR6H & LR7H : RCA
OL1HQ : CRC
(Rev.1 included; IO1HQ, IO4HQ, IO5HQ, IO8HQ & IO9HQ : ARI)
I have also put simple text file version in the zipped format file for your
easy reference.
