[WT-support] ONLINE LOG in EXPEDITION MODE (VPN ?)

I Find on web a good app by IW1QLH for Update log on HRDlog.net UDPbridge
( www.iw1qlh.net/public/hrdlog/ )
This app include Win-Test UDP protocol but I don't understand how-to use
with WT.
