[WT-support] how do I submit Cabrillo log

I am new to Win-Test. Using windows. Have ARRL DX CW file from contest 
last weekend. Want to send Cabrillo file to ARRL. I went to the Cabrillo 
screen and clicked and something happened. But I cannot find the 
Cabrillo file anywhere. Can someone give me the basic instructions which 
are not in the Wiki.  Thanks W9NY  Mike
