[WT-support] BSCI CONTEST with WINTEST..

hello..

BSCI contest will be during the next week end .

to operate with wintest for this contest., use "IARU-HF CHAMPIONSHIP

  MEMBERSHIP GIVE treir nmnber (BS....)
national bs club and raioclubs give abreviations .

theses references will be  "HQ" for the contest

points are the same as IARU championship

after the contest don't foget to rename ur log ( remplace IARU-HF  with 
BSCI )

i  created a special BSCI.dtb with membership referencies

to use it , save the original itu.dtb , and rename the bsci.dtb ..as itu.dtb

i have tested it

All work fine here

if somebody want my bsci.dtb,  no problem  ( send me an e-mail )
