[WT-support] MicroHAM - update.

Always disable the 2nd CAT port and "uncheck* "Forward autoinformation
to CAT Port".  Use of the 2nd CAT port is not guaranteed and microHAM
will not respond to "bug reports" where two applications are polling
simultaneously.
