[WT-support] WT and VHF and UP contests

If you press the tab key, you can type 59A or 59S in the sent exchange field
(except for CW mode).
I don't see any way to enter these values in the received exchange field,
but I don't even know how to find the rules for this contest so I'm not sure
what a typical received exchange might be, or if there is room to fit an
extra letter and fix the Cabrillo file afterwards with Notepad.
