[WT-support] wtRotators and Yaesu GS232

Problem is solved!

It is necessary set up the rotations limits in wtRotators (1-360 in my 
case). Without this limit wtRotators is sending wrong command to the 
controller!

Now it works OK. Don't forget communications speed for YAESU controller 
is 4800bd in wtRotators.
