I think so, but I don't have access to one.  Please read the rotator support
FAQ page <http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/FAQ:Rotator_Control_and_wtRotators> if
you are having trouble getting it to work.  Remember that if you don't tell
wtRotators which bands are covered, it won't work.

Others have had better luck using PstRotatorAz by
YO3DMU<http://www.qsl.net/yo3dmu/index_Page346.htm>with Win-Test,
instead of using wtRotators.
