I fully agree with Mikey. I4UFH's idea is a very selfish and unfair approach.

If you run a multiplier without looking that it's OK for the 10 min rule
and happen to notice this when you press enter to log the qso but its
not allowed, this might end up being a NIL or time error in multipliers
log. Which is of course NOT ok!
So I'd say that if the ops are not able to keep track of a simple window
saying if they are allowed to work a mult or not, they might want to
select something different to do, maybe pick flowers or collect stamps.
