[WT-support] New vhf.dtb available

Hello all,

right before the upcoming IARU R1 VHF Contest a new locator database 
(vhf.dtb) is available:

http://download.win-test.com/databases/VHF.ZIP

There is also an XDT file with multiple locators available. XDT files 
can be loaded in the "Extra Information" window in Win-Test. This shows 
you more than one locator per call (if available). The Win-Test VHF.DTB 
is based on this database. It is plain ASCII, so you can simply edit and 
convert it to your needs. The locator.xdt and some more information can 
be found here:
