Hi guys,

I take a look at the nightly build 4.60 dev, and notify a new visual feature about the cqww 10min rules, it is a good improve, but i want to  request a more harder feature. 
To disable to log a callsign at the networked pc that don't own the 10 min multiplier time slot .

When a callsign is logged, the counter of qsy start to countdown, other networked pc in other bands show "wait" until the countdown drop to zero, well now even u have to look at the ALT J window every one of the multiplier station can log a qso forcing the countdown in another band and breaking the 10min rule. Disabling the logging of a qso in the other bands allow to be strictly compliant at the rule, and don't make errors, that should happen.
Obviously this feature can be toggled for Who don' t want take care about that.
