[WT-support] Check multiplier problem fixed in wt_dev

The check multiplier problem I reported below seems to have been fixed in
wt_dev Rev 437.  You can get it from

http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly

Be sure to run wt_dev.exe (not wt.exe).
