[WT-support] Advanced SO2R mode on phone doesn't work well right now

Using Advanced SO2R mode with DVK messages works OK if you want to make a
call on the secondary radio window by pressing buttons, but if you want to
speak something into the Mic., it just doesn't work at all.

See task #264 <http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=264>,
opened almost a year ago.

I think there must be a lot of single ops that would like to see this bug
fixed before CQ WW Phone, so that Win-Test works the same on phone as it
does on CW.

In the mean time, the only work around is to press the [ * ] key before you
speak into the microphone, but that sort of defeats the purpose of Advanced
SO2R.

Hopefully the developers will be able to look at this problem before CQ WW
Phone.
