After some more investigations, looks like it's not Win7 or Vista
issue but issue with new laptops...

After uninstalling Win 7 from laptop and replacing it with XP, same
problems appears still.

So far the same problems (audio brum and misbehave of audio codes)
have appeared with Fujitsu lifebook P3110 and two individual Lenovo
T61 laptops. All of those laptops are only a couple of months old. So
maybe there's been some changes USB-devices of laptops?

> * set audio levels from Win7 according to microHam manual

> * Removed computer own power manager SW to let Windows take care of
> all power control
> * Disabled all USB-power saving options
> * Checked all BIOS settings for USB
> * Disabled all other software or processes that may try to use
> USB-audio or -voice codecs.
