[WT-support] New WAG_DX.DTB and WAG_DL.DTB files available

there are new versions of the WAG_DX.DTB (DX side) and WAG_DL.DTB (DL side) files available:

You may use the files in the following contests that require a DOK exchange:

- WAG: October 16 (1500z) - Ocober 17 (1559z), 2010 (50th anniversary of WAG)
- XMAS: December 26 (0830-1059z), 2010 (this year on a Sunday)
- DARC 10m: January 9, 2011 (fresh sunspots are ordered already ;-))
