Version 4.6.0 of Win-Test has been used, successfully, in Contest mode as
well as DX Expedition. (HF+50).

In this DX Expedition operation, from time to time, a slower speed is
required.

On the Options, CW initial speed, there is a range of 12 to 60 WPM. Twelve
was selected. Using Alternate Messages, transmitting 10 times the word
PARIS, and spaces, takes 27 seconds, (abt 22 WPM instead of he selected 12).


All the Winkey Configurations were tried out. Stand alone WinKey V22 is
programed to minimum 5 WPM, but Win-Test overrides it, to the minimum of 22
WPM.

Please advise about the correct procedure to obtain a QRS speed.
