You should get FT-5K working when disabling RTS from radio menu (can't
remember correct menu number, but it's in the CAT settings). As a
default RTS is set on in menu.

You don't need any other software, just check that RTS is off and you
have same settings in radio menu and in Win-Test. You can select FT2K
or FT9K from Win-Test.
