Your user id is usually your callsign, perhaps in all lower case.  Your
Win-Test logon password is in an email you should be able to find:  It is:

From: robot at win-test.com
Subject:  Achat de Win-Test - Win-Test purchase
-or-
Subject:  Win-Test V4 Free Upgrade

or similar.
