[WT-support] win-test 3 and 4

Hi All...a couple questions:
1. I had a major lightning strike this summer and lost 9 computers...I
am purchasing some used machines in the next week...can I continue to
use version 3? Will I still be able to get a key for these machines?
2. I Intend to upgrade to version 4 after CQWW CW...but if I am unable
to use version 3 with my 6 new to the station machines then will I be
able to install version 4 on 11 or 12 computers very easily?
3. I have seen some users report problems getting keys to their
version 4....I am kinda up against the wall here and not sure which
way to proceed
