Mouse Wheel on my Bluetooth Mouse.

Dave, please try the latest nightly build (4.7.0-dev). I did a 
modification related to the bandmap scale only. As I don't own such a 
mouse, I'm waiting a positive report from you to spread this mod in 
every place of the sources where the mouse wheel is used.
