[WT-support] CTY-2010 Country Files - 05 November 2010

I found out today (after releasing the new country files) that the
callsign B1Z did not come up as a known country, if you were using the
cty_wt_mod.dat file.  I know what the problem is, and will have a fix
next week.  Thanks to Tim K3LR for alerting me.  I do not subscribe to
the Win-Test reflector, so if there are problems like this in the
future, please send me E-mail (you can use the Webmaster address at
the bottom of any page on the Country Files web site).
