[WT-support] CW and PTT from different sources

Hello!
I understand the point of having Winkey solve everything with timing
etc, I just would like it to be possible to also have another source
doing the handling of PTT. I have external hardware which controls
sequencing through a USB-port and using Winkey PTT output will make it A
LOT harder while using a COM port as PTT, in SSB it works great.
So my point is, since there is no real reason to disable the ability to
use COM for PTT while having Winkey as well I'd just like the authors to
implement the option also in CW when using Winkey.
I did the baltic contest with stuttering CW from the PC generated with a
regular CW interface.
