[WT-support] CW and PTT from different sources

Please describe in more detail the problem you are trying to solve.

When you switch to Phone or RTTY, PTT on the COM port works OK, right?

Win-Test has to let the WinKey control the PTT line when in CW mode, because
the WinKey is in control of all timing (PTT Lead, PTT Tail, QSK, speed,
etc.).  Why is that a problem?  Can you connect a PTT line to your WinKey?

Are you trying to use COM5 for Winkey, and COM5 DTR (Pin 4) for PTT, both at
the same time?  That's not going to work.
