I've tested as suggested, still same delay.

I think there is two "evidence" that maybe WinTest is doing
something wrong.

1. You said this is common problem with MK2R/MK2R+ AND WinTest.
2. It looks like it is working OK with N1MM.
3. WinTest is dropping the PTT-line when sending canned messages.

I will post my logging to microHam as well to see what they
have to say.
