[WT-support] WT REGISTERING UNDER WIN 7

Dear list members,

 

I have just tied to register WT (version 3.21) running on Windows 7, but it
is failed, even I started the WT as administrator or even in WIN XP sp2
compatible mode. What I missed? Any advice?
