[WT-support] Win Test sound card dvk ??

OK  Do i understand how this system works?
I plug the Heil mic, with a tantulum 1 uf cap ,in series to the laptop mic input.  Then I take the output from the line output throught the isolation xfrmr and into the icom Heil adapter to the ProIII or whatever the mic would normally plug into???

Do you make these for sale?

    In win test wiki there is a interface diagram from w9zrx as tom how to use the Win test sound card.  Question?  is this the way to use the win test program as a dvk??

    this whole topic is not very clear to me~!  
    Can someone clarify this subject???
