[WT-support] Plus Key problem

Shift + Plus is not the same as "Plus".  Plus is Numeric Keypad Plus.

On a notebook computer with no separate Numeric keypad, you have to use
NumLock:

DEFINEKEY [ Enter ]
Press the key you want to redefine (e.g. [ = ])  (Suggestion, use [ ' ]
(apostrophe) for [ + ] and yse [ ; ] (semicolon) for [Insert].
Press the NumLock key
Find and press key with the blue or yellow label that says "+", which may or
may not be the same key as [ = ]. On my IBM ThinkPad keyboard, Numeric Pad +
is on the [ / ] key.

You will see that the display say PLUS instead of SHIFT+PLUS, then it will
work correctly.
