[WT-support] dxtelnet not working help

During ARRL DX SSB DXtelenet stopped updating the cluster window.  No more
spots are being sent to win test.  DXtelent is connecting to the network and
showing proper operation but Wintest is not displaying anything anymore.
Help please.
