You are quite right, Bob. Laurent e-mailed me with the address that is on
file and it is an old one I never use anymore. He will change it and I
should be able to upgrade after that.

Has your email address changed since you purchased V3 in 2007?  If so, the
email address you entered may be inconsistent with your account number.
