[WT-support] Preliminary ITU.DTB based on last year's HQ stations avail.

Ok since .XDT files are now going to be blocked in the new WRTC version (not
yet available), I converted the old HQ data from
http://www.dailydx.com/iaru-09.htm into Win-Test .dtb file, with no other
callsigns listed.

   1. Download itu.zip from
http://www.kkn.net/~n6tv/itu.zip<http://www.kkn.net/%7En6tv/itu.zip>
   2. Open WT  WRTC Version and select File, Explore, /databases directory
   3. Open the .zip file with WinZip or similar and drag and drop the
   itu.dtb file to that WT databases directory opened in step 2
   4. From the WT menu select Tools | Data Entry | Exchange Guessing |
   Automatically (or to your preference)
   5. Enter an HQ callsign like 8N1HQ or ZW5HQ in the logging window and the
   HQ data will be pre-filled in the exchange window (not yet, but when the
   next WRTC version of WT is released)
