You're definitely right.

The XDT files loading and its associated window are now disabled for 
this version.

I also fixed the "PY/VP2E/etc." new country warning bug.

BTW, there is a dedicated contextual menu item for this purpose labeled 
"Reload files"... Much quicker than reloading a log.
