[WT-support] No Check partial working in 4.6.0 dev durin IOTA

Hi all,

during recent IOTA Contest I used the 4.6.0 dev released
on July 26, as well the IOTA.DTB database released the same day.

The check partial does not work. 
After you enter the classic 3 chars
or more, you don't get any call listed in 
the check partial window (F12).
Same behavior also for the 4.5.0.

Am I doing something wrong?
I have the DEFAULT.SCP file in the database directory.
