[WT-support] Scripts in v4.4.0

Under W7/64 with v4.4.0 WT is looking for scripts in 
C:\ProgramData\Win-Test\scripts but the directory is empty.

  From memory when originally downloading v4.0 for XP, the scripts 
directory was at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application 
Data\Win-Test\Scripts and the esm.wts script was pre-installed there so 
that typing ESMON in the log entry window automatically implemented ESM 
which is not now the case of course.

What do I need to do, copy esm.wts from the 4.0 instance and copy it to 
C:\ProgramData\Win-Test\scripts in W7/64 or....?
