[WT-support] Opening new log for TX4T...but...!

Here's something I've not seen in Win-Test before:

I'm trying to create a log for the forthcoming TX4T
operation but Win-Test tells me that it cannot open a log
with this call because it does "not recognise the country". 

How can "TX4T" be added to Win-Test's country-files so that
it does recognise it (as Tahiti) and then allow me to open a
new log?
