[WT-support] Win-Test 4.7 - Windows Seven Compatibily

At P40L, we used mix of XP and Windows 7 32bit machines, with 4.7-dev
version. XP machines had a glitch or two, where Windows 7 was perfect
for the whole week, and WT worked flawlessly.
