[WT-support] wtRotators 1.3/1.4 not working with RT-20 as Hy-Gain DCU-1

Chances are the COM port being used by wtRotators is also in use by Win-Test
SETUP, or you have two copies of wtRotators running, or you are trying to
run wtRotators and pstRotator at the same time.

If you can't figure it out, please send me your wt.ini file and your
wtRotators.ini files so I can see what is wrong.  Do File | Explore | /cfg
directory to locate them.
