[WT-support] Prefills from previous contest logs

Hi Ron,

Some people use different names from time to time to prevent "Log Loading" and keeping it all above board.  I have run across this in the past, especially in NAQP.

This would be one drawback of a prefill file, and someone would have to maintain the database, such as the Friend.ini files used in RTTY contesting which AF4Z maintains.  Maybe something could be used there to import those files?

Is there any way to get prefill information from previous logs?  For 
instance, in NAQP, can I have the name prefill based on having worked the 
station in a previous NAQP?
