[WT-support] Entering bandmap without radio interface asks no QRG

Hi!

Last weekend we noticed that Win-Test did not ask for QRG if something
was entered to bandmap with CTRL-Enter and that computer did not have
radio interface active.

Earlier it's been so that if no radio selected from configure
interfaces tab and callsing is enetered to band map, WT asks for QRG.
That would still be useful feature.
