[WT-support] Spot/band map enhancements

Of course it doesn't, the opposite is true!

If it's in the exchange field I have to shift to the callsign field to 
call in ESM otherwise garbage is sent. If WT is to be taken seriously 
for ESM this problem needs to be addressed imo. The other behaviour is a 
throw back to CT protocol
