The 4U1V.. callsigns must be processed specifically in WT, because the 
same callsigns appear in the prefix list for the 4U1V country *and* for 
the OE country.

I just fixed the code for 4U30VIC, and it will work in the next nightly 
build, but in the meantime, as a workaround for the WAE - DX side, just 
delete "=4U30VIC" from the OE list in the CTY file.
