[WT-support] HF.DTB To CTY_WT_MOD

For WT4, copy MASTER.SCP  to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Win-Test\databases\ and restart Win-Test.

If that doesn't work, rename MASTER.SCP to DEFAULT.SCP and restart Win-Test.
