[WT-support] Backup question

I am considering updating my current OS from Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit to
Windows 7 Ultimate/Enterprise.  What is the recommended method for backing
up Win-Test settings and data?  I am doing an in place upgrade but need a
back up just in case I have to do a clean install.
