[WT-support] Problems upgrade version 3 to 4

Hello,
I had a similar problem yesterday !
You are asked for 3 items :
1° your callsign : OK, you know you, I hope
2° your customer number : must be correct
3° your email-address : this address must be the same as in the file the wintest team have.
Point 3 may be the point. I gave my new email address, the robot knew another one and did not recognize me !

        Whenever Upgrade attempt from version 3 to version 4 says Inconsistent to me dates were detected and it does not let to me realise the payment.
