[WT-support] Caps Lock- ASCII code

According to this MSDN
page<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa243025%28VS.60%29.aspx>the
key code for Caps Lock (aka CapsLock) is 20 (decimal).

Let us know if that works.
