[WT-support] Invalid wt_dev.exe

Laurent,

Marios is correct.  The WT_DEV.ZIP file contains an invalid version of
WT_DEV.EXE, even though the MD5 sums precisely match what you have posted.

You can clearly see in the nightly build
archives<http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly/archives/>that
something went wrong with the build process about five days ago:

WT_DEV.EXE Could not find the seciton that owns the Delay Import Directory

Warning: At least one module was corrupted or unrecognizable to Dependency
Walker, but still appeared to be a Windows module.
