[WT-support] Wiki Documentation up to date agn

Hi all,

after switching to version 4 last weekend, I found the time and got
around to document all the new features and additions to Win-Test
v4 in the Wiki-based documentation. This updated documentation is
available at

    http://docs.win-test.com

and is also contained the Win Test software distribution - not always
the latest version - but while you're on-line you may wish to switch
Win-Test to use the online documentation.

Feel free to contribute either by proof-reading, by noting missing
information or by contributing yourself.
